Our workforce on site, the design team and senior management are all highly experienced, well accomplished and work really well together. We split the construction process into phases and we have the same key persons in every project to take care of those steps within the process. This means that our competency increases and becomes transferable from one project to another. We focus on quality control with work practice management, not only to react on problems but also to prevent them from happening in the first place.
